As a Broward Coalition Member...



The Broward Coalition recognizes that the strenght of any association relies on its members and the continual education input. Building our membership over the last thirty plus yars is one of our most important roles.
Our mission is to ensure our efforts reach owners, associations, boards and residents involved in condominium and HOA associations.

We are the "gateway" for uniting everyone associated in this ever growing lifestyle.
As a Broward Coalition member, you are invited every month (except July and August) to attend our lucheon meeting where members share ideas and strategies. You'll enjoy presentations conducted by experts in all fields relating to community living.

Following the feature presentation, there is a question and answer session. We welcome questions from the floor directly related to your specific concerns.
Our meetings begin promptly at 11:00 AM and continue to approximately 1:00 PM.

The meetings are held at the Sunrise Lakes Phase IV Clubhouse in the Grand Ballroom.
The address is 10102 Sunrise Lakes Blvd. in the city of Sunrise.
These lunch meetings are included with all paid memberships. We encourage our individual members to bring a friend, or neighbor as a one time guest. Association members are permitted, and encouraged, to have three board members attend.

The Broward Coalition is the first place people turn for their up-to-date information. Ehether it's through our meetings, monthly news magazine, website and email news. You'll always be kept well informed.
